TeleHealth

Telehealth gives you the flexibility of talking on the phone with or meeting via video with your medical care team from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth uses electronic information and technology to provide care. If you have a phone or a device with internet access, you already have everything you need to get medical care or services through telehealth. We provide the ability to:

  • Talk to a provider live over the phone or video chat.

  • Send and receive messages from your medical care team using email, secure messaging and secure file exchange.

  • Use remote patient monitoring so your medical care team can check on you at home.
